Hello,
I am an electrician in Baltimore Maryland USA. My client had approx 40 4-tube LED fixtures installed in his storefront. Several of the fixtures are flashing on and off repeatedly. They flash at approximately a 1 flash / second interval. The tubes are good and work In the other sockets in the same fixture. The Posco drivers installed in the fixtures calls for 120-277v AC. I measured the incoming voltage at 115v. Could voltage drop be the cause of this issue? Some tubes always blink and in others It occurs intermittently in various fixtures throughout the store. Any tech support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
